What do you need help with?

Spare part

Technical fault enquiries are available to customers with an active Remote Service Agreement.

Website access and remote service support

Please choose the support route that applies to you

This website provides services, parts and information for owners and operators of supported STS legacy machines.

Active agreement

Customers with a valid Remote Service Agreement

Customers covered by an active Remote Service Agreement can access the protected Technical Support Enquiry service throughout their 12-month agreement period. The agreement covers technical assistance for all supported STS legacy machines owned by that customer.

Authorised contacts can:

  • Submit technical fault enquiries.
  • Request troubleshooting advice and recommended checks.
  • Provide relevant photographs or short videos to support fault diagnosis.
  • Receive technical replies and suggested corrective actions.
  • Maintain a recorded history of their technical enquiries and correspondence.

Access is verified using an authorised email address registered against the customer’s active agreement.

General enquiries

Customers without a valid Remote Service Agreement

Customers who do not have a current Remote Service Agreement can still use the website to:

  • Request quotations for spare parts.
  • Enquire about maintenance kits and electronic parts kits.
  • Enquire about repairs to electronic modules.
  • Request training, technical manuals, drawings and documentation.
  • Enquire about other available commercial services.

The protected Technical Support Enquiry service is not available without a valid agreement. Customers requiring fault-finding assistance or ongoing technical support should first enquire about taking out or renewing a Remote Service Agreement.

Please contact CTP Company Services through the appropriate website enquiry form if you would like further information or a quotation about the support packages available.
